I'm happy with this pitcher, tho I wouldn't have paid full price for it.The inside of the metal neck has not been polished and has a black residue which is hard to remove so I don't fill with liquid. Ornament only. Pretty tho.

Fist one came cracked, but a second was sent very quickly, great customer service. Second base was unstuck so I had to super glue it... So far I seams to hold. Ok for price but not top quality

I loved the above pitcher but 1 arrived safely and the other arrived smashed. So rang ezibuy and they said they would replace it. They did but they replaced the broken one with a further broken one. They refunded this time but I would still would love a replacement that wasn't broken.

Absolutely beautiful, unfortunately it leaks where the bottom of the metal spout meets the top of the glass base but I love the look of it so much I am returning for another which hopefully wont have the same fault, hassle free replacement process.

Loved this pitcher, pity the glass wasn't better quality as it looks a bit grubby when empty, but am keeping as overall very nice

This was really nice apart from the base - how are you supposed to get it to stay put?? Have to use it without. Was a gift so can't really return it!

Leaked badly due to lack of sealant around glass and silver so is an ornament only.
