Please allow 15 working days for delivery of personalised gifts. A separate delivery charge applies to personalised gift orders, as these will be shipped separately from the rest of your order and will arrive in a separate parcel.

If you have only personalised gifts in your order you will be charged one $7.50 delivery fee only. If your order contains both personalised gifts as well as other order items you will be charged $7.50 postage for your personalised items, and $7.50 for the rest of your items.

Priority Delivery

Priority delivery does not apply to personalised items. By selecting the priority delivery option within the shopping bag you are selecting to purchase your standard order items at priority delivery of $10, however your personalised gifts order will still be shipped separately from the rest of your order within 15 working days.

International Delivery

Personalised Gifts are not available to be shipped outside of New Zealand. If you are in Australia and would like to purchase a Personalised Gift, please visit www.ezibuy.com.au.

Multiple Delivery Addresses

If you would like to send personalised gifts to different delivery addresses you will need to place these in separate orders. They will incur separate delivery fees for each order.
