Orders over $150 (after discounts have been applied) will be given a complimentary upgrade to priority delivery for the standard delivery charge ($7.50). Note: excludes some product types, listed below. Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

• Priority delivery applies to most New Zealand destinations. Customers on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route should allow an additional two working days for delivery. 
• Next working day delivery for orders placed on Friday will be Monday.
• Priority delivery is not available for international orders.
• Priority delivery is not available on public holidays. 
• Any items on backorder or waitlist will be sent via standard delivery once in stock.

• We are only able to supply internationally to the countries listed as zones B, C and D above. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other countries. 
• Some items featured on this site are prohibited from being shipped to certain countries. You will be notified within the checkout if any item in your bag cannot be delivered to your shipping country.
• Products from Next may be shipped within the South Pacific region only. 
• Items currently unavailable (on backorder or on waitlist) are unable to be shipped internationally. 
• Large, oversized and personalised items, along with gift cards are unable to be shipped outside of New Zealand.
• Under International Customs Laws we are unable to send wooden items, cane items, food items or goods that may be considered dangerous (eg. knife sets) internationally. 
• When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item, as well as to reorder.
