Capture Coloured Weekender Jacket

I'm a size 12, bought a size 14 as I like my jackets slightly bigger so it's perfect & loving the colour.

I love this jacket. I took the advice of others & got one size up & it fits perfect, looks great! I got it in the blue & it is a beautiful blue.

Nice jacket, fits and shapes well. Nice, bright colour for something different. Gets lots of compliments.

Really nice jacket. Size 8 in blue fitted perfectly. I returned as I have too many raincoats and was impulse buy. Would recommend it tho

Ordered a size bigger and sleeves still a little short on my ( am usually a 12, and ordered 14 ). Still looks great with just about anything and have received nice compliments on the apple green.

My favourite jacket. Nice lightweight yet very warm and waterproof.

Just purchased this jacket in the apple green. I'm normally a size 10 but went up to a size 12 based on reviews for a little bit of room depending on what I'm wearing underneath. Absolutely gorgeous jacket, colour beautiful and looks really stylish. Can't wait to wear it!!

Lovely jacket, I purchased the apple green which is just like colour in the picture. It is a bit short in the arms but it doesn't take away from the jacket at all.

Great Jacket some times you need to be seen and you only get this with the right colour great on ,go on ,get it.

when u say showerproof, do u mean waterproof? can it be worn on a rainy day?

Great fit everywhere apart from the sleeves being slighly short. Love the bright colour.

I got my jacket this morning and love it. I went a size up based on previous feedback and it worked fine. I can't wait to wear it.

Read reviews on this and ordered a size up...I didn't need to.I am very lucky I can sew therefore added 2 long darts at the back and 4 short darts at the front...ended up with a very shapely ,smart jacket in practical fabric and great colour...orange

Lovely jacket. The colour is different to the picture. It's a very vibrant orange - too much for me. I'm exchanging for the blue.

Nice light weight jacket, looks good & is comfortable. Order a larger size though, I ordered a 16 & it was tight across the back so I returned it for an 18.

I like this jacket. Glad I ordered the next size up. I wore it on my costal holiday walk and it kept me dry and warm. Only down point is it's a bit bright Red/Orange. My hubby said he would never loose me in a crowd lol

Good casual jacket. Agree that this jacket is tighter around the shoulders and going up a size gives more room however the jacket became a bit big in the body but was rectified with belt. Looks better if fitted. Suggest ordering both sizes to be sure of the look you want.

Love the Jackets - in Green and Orange. I am tall so good length BUT arms are too short. Will have to try and undo and take down the length of the sleeves on both jackets.

I bought the Military Blue and am very happy with the purchase. I went up a size as suggested and yes, I agree sleeve length is not that generous. So glad I found this longer line rain jacket that doesn't just look like a parka.

Love this jacket - just trying to decide if I should go a size down as it is a little roomy in the shoulders and middle area. The belt tied or buckled makes it look very smart. The orange is very bright and takes getting used to (and I wear a lot of bright coral colours) but I found this a great fabric and the fit is flattering.

Beautiful colour- there should be more green like this - little tight across the shoulders but nothing that will stop me from wearing it.

Great fresh colour. Got a lot of compliments straight away. It's very much a rain coat fabric. Sleeves felt slightly short but then I realised how great it was to show off my bangles with. I prefer to tie the belt rather than to use the buckle. The buckle seems a little out of place and fiddly as the belt is so long. After a day of wearing it I really began to love it. So nice to have some winter colour.

Love the vibrant olour of this jacket. I chose a size bigger and the fit is good apart from the top of the sleeves still being slightly tight. Found it to be quite shower proof. Not so good in heavy rain though.

Still tossing up whether to return this or not! Ordered in Apple Green in a size 18 to start with - it was a little roomy so I changed for a size 16. I find the 16 is now rather firm in the upper arms and pulls across the back when I move my arms too much. I am in the process of losing weight so I am debating whether to keep it in the hope that the arms will start feeling looser or whether it is just the cut of the jacket anyway. Like others have said, the sleeves are quite short as well.

Love the green colour. Very vibrant and bright. Sleeves are super short and that's annoying. I ordered a larger size hoping it would be longer but no. Despite ordering one size larger, it was quite tight when I moved my arms and then made the sleeves even shorter. Material was nice and I really wanted to keep the jacket, but the tightness across the back and the short sleeves means it's on it's way back for a refund.

I am usually a straight size 12. Bought this in apple green ...gorgeous colour and a nice shape. However, the sleeves are way too short and the jacket is tight across the shoulders. Wouldn't be able to wear a warm sweater under it. Am returning it for a larger size and would advise others to order one size up for a good fit.

Really nice inbetween seasons jacket I'm a 16 they were out of that size so going on what the comments on this site were I got the 18 perfect!!

Great colour! Its not too heavy in weight. I'm a size 12 and probably 10 at the shoulders so bought a size 14 on looking previous comments and it fits perfectly. It is really a Spring jacket, fully lined so having on a light jumper underneath is possible but not a thick bulky one. Janine is right the belt is a bit too long but you can tuck into the belt loop on the side if wearing it with the buckle. Will be perfect for my Spring Europe trip next year!

Ordered Apple green but the colour is much duller than the photo - not a true apple green. Disappointed.

I also went up a size which was good advice. A great little lightweight rain jacket. Colour is true to what is shown.

I fully agree about the sizing...go a size up. Very much a light weight rain jacket. Apple Green colour to true to picture.

How showerproof is this jacket, I live in Sydney and it appears that the showers here are heavier but shorter than my home town in Wellie. Is the material a matte finish or does it have a sheen?

Went up a size as per other reviews, but sadly this jacket was still too tight across the shoulders and short in the sleeves. A real shame as its a lovely jacket - green is gorgeous.

Usually size 10 but went up a size based on others review. Sleeve length is perfect, but the jacket is very roomy and too long for me (164cm). Hood is too big too. I will not exchange it for size 10 as the sleeves will be definitely too short. The color is very different from what it's shown in the picture. It is bright orange making the jacket looks a bit cheap. I am sending it back for refund. It looks very unflattering on me.

Found the sleeves to be very short (3/4 length on me) which was disappointing, was very much looking forward to this arriving, but will keep looking out for another weekender waterproof jacket.

I ordered the green - lovely colour. I am usually a 14 but ordered a 16 to ensure I could wear a jumper under it. It was far too small, sleeves too tight, as was the body. Not at all comfortable and had to send it back. Did not re-order an 18 tho perhaps I should have. The fabric and everything else about the jacket is fine. I wondered if it had been mis-labelled. I was very disappointed.

Size 20 - The jacket is a good fit around the body (nice and loose) but the sleeves are way too narrow and way too short.

Wondering what the sizing is like? Is it true to size? thanks
