However, no guide is better than the manufacturer's label. The best rules to follow on garment care are the instructions on the manufacturer's label on your garment. By checking the manufacturer's label you can wash, dry, and iron your garment specifically to its requirements, and help to preserve the qualities of the fabric.

Linen

Renown for being cool, soft, and comfortable, cotton is one of the most popular fabrics.
Use a cold wash as warm water can make it shrink.
Cotton has a tendency to wrinkle.
You can use a hot steam iron on cotton with no problems of shrinking.

Linen is a fabulous fabric for summer. It remains cool, keeping you feeling fresh.
You should hand wash linen garments in cold water.
Do not spin or tumble dry.
Linen best suits and is safe to use a hot iron on.

Silk has long been a fabric of grace and versatility.
Silk should be dry cleaned only.
If you must wash silk, it should be hand washed with a suitable delicate soap, to help retains its shape.
Do not wring.
Do not spin dry.
Do not tumble dry.

Wool is often best for cuddling up in to keep cosy and warm on those cold winter nights.
Wool should be hand washed in cold water.
Be cautious of wool pilling. This happens especially with newer garments.
Wool should not be washed regularly but as close to once a season is best.
Do not hang to dry as your garment will loose its shape, but rather lay it flat.
Do not heat to dry as your garment may shrink.
Do not iron wool. You can however use steam on the under side of the fabric.

Acetate is a robust fabric with the lavish look of silk.
Can be hand washed.
Use warm water.
Fast drying and resistant to shrinking.
Do not tumble dry.
Can melt under heat or from chemicals in nail polish and nail polish remover.
Do not soak.
Do not twist or wring dry.
Use a cool iron, and place a light cloth between iron and garment.
You can dry flat.

Acrylic is an easy fabric to keep clean. It is a great alternative to wool.
Machine wash in warm water.
To keep soft and fresh add a fabric softener.
Can be dry cleaned.
Can be dried in a drier at a low temperature.

Rayon has some qualities of cotton.
Check to see if garment is dry clean only. Some garments will be.
Do not tumble dry.
Hand wash or machine wash in luke warm or cool water.
Press with iron at a cool temperature, with no steam
Dry flat as rayon may stretch when wet.
Do not wring or twist dry.

Spandex is a great material with an ability to stretch and spring back to its original shape.
More often Spandex/ Elastane is blended with another fabric.
Generally, you can cold or lukewarm machine wash.
Use a cool iron.
Hang to dry.
Spandex/ Elastane won't shrink, but it can loose its shape. By checking the manufacturer's label on your garment you can wash, dry, and iron your garment specifically to its requirements, and help to preserve the stretch quality of Spandex/ Elastane.

EziBuy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it. or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.
To return products to EziBuy, please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard or priority delivery rate based on your delivery preference.
To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery timeframes. If you do reserve your reorder over the phone, then please do not submit a completed reorder form with your return, as duplicate orders may be inadvertently placed.
Our Quality Control team inspect every delivery into EziBuy to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us toll free on 0508 500 500 to arrange free return delivery and an exchange or refund. Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would launder it prior to returning it to us.
